Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Honestly, the sales leadership team commits the sales cardinal sin…they over-promise and under-deliver. They have a superiority attitude and a “good old boys” club mentality. The marketing team was amazing to work with and most of the SDRs were also great to work with. Good colleagues but leadership has unrealistic expectations. It’s an SMB product that isn’t advancing fast enough to need the mid market needs for the MM clients they want to target. Base salary is good and commissions are pretty good too but it’s very difficult to hit quota.
