Management is very hit or miss. My first manager was great. Second one is not competent. Low base salary and highest cost solution on the market. Tough to find the right fit at the right time. Technology is nothing impressive but service is great compared to other options.

Company’s main value prop is service. That is something we excel at. Platform is lackluster. Pricing is premium compared to competitors. New AE’s will struggle the first 2 years to build network and book. Base pay is low.
