My overall experience was poor as a founding member of the SDR team at Instacart. Having built the pilot and proved concept; leadership refused transparency with commissions, refused promotion opportunities, refused equity. Management wasn’t open for critique or feedback on what could have been done better. Leads dried up, favoritism was shown, toxic work environment.

My overall experience is not great. Corporate structure forces you to sell internally which objectively is harder than selling an actual new client.
