Instawork boomed off pandemic staffing rebound, overhired and has since had several major layoffs across AM, AE, and sales leadership roles. IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).

Everything is what you make of it. Roles at Instawork are demanding and challenging and dynamic . It’s one of the most challenging sales in my experience because of the volatility and reactiveness that comes with staffing. The people that work here are wonderful and talented. I think the sales organization fell into an easy trap of mass growth with no way to support it. Around 20% of the org is hitting quota for the last 6 months.
