Everything is what you make of it. Roles at Instawork are demanding and challenging and dynamic . It’s one of the most challenging sales in my experience because of the volatility and reactiveness that comes with staffing. You’re measured on consumption and in the world of temporary labor, consumption often is unpredictable and non-appetizing to its consumers. Temp agency disguised as a "tech based flexible labor solution". I wouldn't recommend the AE or SDR position to anyone. The CSM's I talked to were content with the role.
