Temp agency disguised as a "tech based flexible labor solution". I wouldn't recommend the AE or SDR position to anyone. The CSM's I talked to were content with the role. Management does super micro management. Daily cold call and objection trainings. It's an AE role that is treated like an entry level SDR. If you dont treat objections exactly how they teach you ( triple a) then you get in trouble Your deals are at the mercy of the staff that is sent on the first job. If they are not good then you will lose the entire deal even though it is 100% out of your control. The product ultimately is temp workers, its not a software. I'd look at all other options before moving forward with employment here. Toxic, micro management,& awful product. The base pay was good but only reps that have been there for multiple years are hitting quota.

Working at Instawork is like visiting an asylum and never leaving. The leadership couldn’t lead a fish to water. The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity.
