Working at Instawork is like visiting an asylum and never leaving. The leadership couldn’t lead a fish to water. The day to day role play will have you pulling your teeth. I would rather walk on a bed of nails than ever work at Instawork again. Word of advice is to save yourself and your sanity. I have been able to be successful here but it is a challenging environment. In order to succeed you must look at a target of 50-75% over your goal in order to meet quota consistently. Changing goal posts, uncertain market fit, adjustments to incentive structure, and leadership changes are the biggest contributors to the challenges faced. The culture in some offices...Read More
