Current Employee I have been able to be successful here but it is a challenging environment. In order to succeed you must look at a target of 50-75% over your goal in order to meet quota consistently.
Changing goal posts, uncertain market fit, adjustments to incentive structure, and leadership changes are the biggest contributors to the challenges faced. The culture in some offices is great - others are strained.
This is a high pressure environment and every deal matters. Often things outside of a reps control will negatively impact their performance. There is a path to success but it is far from easy.
