Former Employee1.6Aug 14, 2025Labor as a commodity - selling to warehouse and hospitality leaders. Called temp workers "warm bodies" during onboarding. Overall, an uninteresting product and subpar onboarding and leadership. Some AEs find their rhythm and niche, which was nice to see, and probably a decent SDR role out of school.

Former Employee1.6Feb 12, 2024RUN. Believe me when I say that no one is hitting quote, no one is getting paid and absolutely no one is lasting longer than a few months. Most people get fired their first month there while they're still on ramp for not hitting quota. Culture + Leadership are toxic to say the least. Micromanagement + disrespect is kind of just normal at Instawork.
