Former Employee1.9Apr 25, 2024Temp agency disguised as a "tech based flexible labor solution". I wouldn't recommend the AE or SDR position to anyone. The CSM's I talked to were content with the role. Management does super micro management. Daily cold call and objection trainings. It's an AE role that is treated like an entry level SDR.
