IMO the company will struggle due to prospects bringing staffing in-house, IW's refusal to give prospects desired payment terms, and strong competitor entering the market (Indeed Flex).

Former Employee1.9Apr 17, 2025Lots of change to comp structure when too many reps hit quota. Then restructured where no one was hitting it and had us revamp our cadences on a week long training. Then yelled at us on a company wide call for not making the normal number of calls during that training. This is an illustration of management’s competence, or lack thereof, overall.

Too many changes, felt like there wasn't time for a change to be implemented before pivoting to something else. They have promoted internally for leadership roles after many were laid off.
