RUN. Believe me when I say that no one is hitting quote, no one is getting paid and absolutely no one is lasting longer than a few months. Most people get fired their first month there while they're still on ramp for not hitting quota. Culture + Leadership are toxic to say the least. Micromanagement + disrespect is kind of just normal at Instawork.

Would not recommend to a friend or to a more tenured rep. 2 years ago? Maybe. Now, no way.
