Support by leadership was awesome especially at mid-management. Culture was great initially but identity and the culture seem to have changed due to changing key personnel and business directions. Departments seem overwhelmed by workload and required headcounts which caused a drop in work efficiency. Employee benefits are decent but can be better

Good company overall with a best of breed products set. Growing pains are constant, as is changing product portfolios. If you’re open to change then there is tremendous opportunity

My overall experience was its a great company to work for. However they preach on hiring internally but don't follow though. Its Hard to move up in the company.
