Very poor. Management created new business dev roles with little understanding of the market fit, price point, territory for the target prospects and had very unrealistic goals for the amount of time it took to close deals. My overall experience was okay. The leadership team was changed and that really effected the sales team with micromanagement and lack of experience. The legal team is a major bottleneck and frusturating to work with.
