Company has great potential but poor leadership. Multiple acquisitions at bad times resulting in cash flow challenges and inability to make appropriate R&D to keep up with competitors. Most existing customers are displeased with product, service, etc.

Very poor. Management created new business dev roles with little understanding of the market fit, price point, territory for the target prospects and had very unrealistic goals for the amount of time it took to close deals. In the end 2 people quit because OTE was unattainable and 3 were laid off in 4 months. The team went from 10 to 5 with only one person even close...Read More

Overall, the people at Insurity are some of the best in the insurtech industry. A number of acquisitions have led to some challenges in integration of technology but regardless the products are good. Compensation is fair with the ability to earn significant commissions when reaching or exceeding goals.
