Too much focus on DEI to the detriment of quality hires/work at corporate. Creeping into salesforce hiring as well. Lots of rep turnover in my division. Good comp plan though that encourages growth and also pays for base business over $750K

Best paying job but the worst Company I’ve ever worked for. Outdated products, no development , no market adjustments, no innovation, customers felt it difficult to do business with. Wretched! Worse career experience. Toxic, dysfunctional leadership, inconsistent messaging, unrealistic quotas. You name it. Take a look at their stock for a high altitude view.
