Current Employee Not good at all. C Level makes lower tier sellers feel like they have a voice in how things are going and to share ideas, but they never actually listen to the boots on the ground. Well they eventually do once the entire sales org is consistently 30% under overall team quota for three quarters straight.
Some great people in management there, but most have to go along to get along with the egos in C level
