Current Employee Logistics is a very competitive industry. Turnover at this company is huge and they pretty much hire anyone who doesn’t have a criminal record.
While the opportunity to make a lot of money here is attractive and possible, it is also important to understand the compensation structure.
Throughout the interview process, they’ll tell you it’s a base + commission role, when in reality it’s base or commission as they operate on a draw, or “seat cost.” So make sure you fully understand this before accepting a job here because I did not.
Also, work-life balance is nonexistent. You will be expected to work outside of work hours including weekends. Taking a vacation is impossible, unless you have LCs or wanna run the risk of losing customers .
