Former Employee High turnover in the sales organization. There is a new regime in charge after an acquisition by a PE Firm. They lack understanding of the market, length of sale cycle, and how goofed up territories are but they don’t seem to listen to the veterans in the room. If you take a role here, don’t expect to close anything for your first 9 months and even that would be fortunate. High base pay. Strong product in a commoditized product market. Product is losing competitive advantage.
