Messy. If there's one word for this company, it's messy. Too many acquisitions without proper alignment and integration and cohesion. They buy companies, mash together, keep the solos. Which makes it a very challenging place to navigate. And they're going to only continue doing it. Too many sales teams and orgs creates ownership confusion. So much potential with all the solutions in hand but just messy.
