Former Employee3.1Dec 4, 2024My experience started off well, however the change in Sales Leadership at the top caused chaos internally. I believe the company has a good product, but fell victim to the remote world with both employees and customers. Scale has been achieved, but it will take a very strong outspoken leader to come in and make the hard changes.

Former Employee3.3Feb 16, 2025I joined Iterable for the people, but most of the original sales leaders are now gone. New leadership in sales, marketing, across customer success means lots of shifting sands, and it doesn't feel like the organization will find it's footing for a quite a while.
