Great company! Slow to release new products but we put patients first in all our choices. They do a great job of promoting leadership from within. Must be open to relocation to grow quickly. Great training.. Would recommend to all.

Good company. Need to be nimble in selecting roles to avoid potential downsizing. Internal network is critically important as you should be looking for next role every 2-3 years. Staying too long sends a wrong message. JNJ is very big on cross functional experience.
