Former Employee I worked for the company from 2018 to 2022. During this time, the company faced significant challenges, including a lack of investment in the market and layoffs of employees. Costs were cut everywhere, and unfortunately, many experienced employees were let go. This created a stressful environment where everyone felt pressure.
Despite these challenges, I can confidently say that those were some of the best years of my career! The experience was intense and enriching. I consistently achieved double-digit overruns each year; however, it became increasingly difficult as time went on. I found myself on the road almost all the time.
Overall, while the market conditions were tough and the company faced many issues, I gained valuable skills and experiences that I will carry with me in my future endeavors.
