Quota and metrics out of touch with the current market. Our market has been maxed out for years and still expected to grow 25-30%YOY. Our team hasn’t made plan in 4 years

Trauma - Very difficult and hard working job. Personally satisfying but not a great position if you enjoy a pat on the back. Difficult to grow within a specific territory if you have tenured reps, need to move or take another position if looking to get promoted. Overall was great start in Med Device, burn out is real, especially with commission cuts.
