The merger of the two companies has not been the easiest transition. Lots of turnover of the core legacy leadership team on both sides, but the new executives have great backgrounds and several successful stories on their resumes.

JW Player has a pretty strong culture, and works in a pod model (AE, AM, SE). AM recently has shifted to CS type role, with AE owning all upgrades. AM has retention focused goal, of offsetting lost revenue. Challenging business market and competitors with revenue share models make renewals challenging.
