Overall excellent experience here. Excellent leadership, for sales reps and sales managers terrible base pay but OTE is decent. If you exceed quota there is really good upside on incentive comp.

Leadership and culture are exceptional, rare. Product-Market fit is completely in alignment. Working at Jack Henry is so worth it because of these things that making a little less money is ok.

Base comp seems really low but the OTE is rather high. Is it typically a 20% base 80% commission split or are AEs reaching ~$330k from knocking their quota out of the park?
