Former Employee JobNimbus offers a solid product and good inbound lead flow, which makes the sales process smoother than most SaaS roles. However, the company suffers from poor leadership and a serious lack of professional development. There’s no structured training, and little effort put into coaching or skill-building. Most reps end up knowing the product and sales tactics better than their managers.
At one point, the most senior member of sales leadership had only been in the role for 1–2 months—and was openly asking the reps what he should be doing. It created confusion and killed confidence in the direction of the team. If you’re highly self-directed, you can succeed despite the leadership gaps.
