Leadership had zero positive effect on the sales organization. Those leading and making decisions for the sales team are some of the least impressive people I have worked with before. The base compensation was awful, and the only people getting any increased pay were new hires joining on to the company. Wouldn't recommend this company's sales team as a great place to work, unless you are best buds with the current sales leader. Outside hires and friends get the promotions, not the capable individuals with applicable industry/product knowledge.

It’s a good company and pay is decent but it’s constantly changing. From quotas, ROE, pay, etc. They have changed quota multiple times mid-month. It feels like a startup when they aren’t one.
