Former Employee I appreciated the opportunity to work for a startup with bold aspirations—building market share across the U.S. and Canada by selling to great people and businesses. Early on, the culture encouraged innovation and experimentation. I had the chance to contribute meaningfully through A/B testing and process refinement, which made it easy to stay engaged and feel like my work mattered.
Over time, however, I observed a noticeable shift in leadership dynamics. The rise of a “yes-man” culture and decisions driven more by short-term gains than long-term impact significantly altered the company environment. After the Series B funding round, the collaborative and mission-driven atmosphere gave way to something more transactional and politically charged. It’s disappointing to see such potential diluted by internal misalignment and executive-level priorities that seem disconnected from the front-line challenges. Browse Other Reviews
