My first year went very well and the commission structure is great. Leadership did not recognize this year 2023 how quickly the market changed due to looming recession. Their goals for growth were way off and unrealistic. In the almost 2 years I was there, the company went through 4 layoffs, the most recent one laying off 30% of the company. Their products right now do not fit what companies are looking for. It’s a recruitment advertising distributor and companies are having success with free job postings due to the amount of individuals looking for jobs. The job market is so competitive, companies are not having an issue finding talent due to the amount of layoffs in 2023.

Overall a great organization. The Good- Colleagues very helpful and encouraging. Comparable base compensation when looking at the industry. Managers are always helpful. This role is mostly remote/hybrid. The Bad - Consistent reorgs and changes to the comp plan.
