Former Employee3.0Aug 28, 2025My experience with Johnson Brothers in sales was overall okay. Communication was decent and expectations were met, but nothing beyond that.

Current Employee2.9Sep 19, 2024Lots of physical work, 100% commission pay structure based off of volume you order to your accounts (you have to put up every order). Expectations are also extremely high with little to no rewards. Very unorganized company that could actually be so successful if they hired more employees and paid them more!
