There are multiple divisions with different comp plans. On the capital sales side you can clear $200k but the majority of rules are between $125-175 with great benefits.

My overall experience at jnj was positive. Teams vary widely across the country so work/life and opportunity to advance fluctuate significantly. Leaders often use promotions as a way to retain, rather than reward.
