It's mostly on the rep to source leads with little structure or help/guidance to find the best ones. Product is way better than any competitor. They don't have an ICP on paper and with that comes a tough battle to get inbounds and opportunities.

The compensation decreased in appeal during my tenure. In the last year, they reworked commissions and level structure 4x, I am assuming as a way to increase immediate value for the sale.
