Former Employee Jolt was recently acquired by Digi International and will be merged with SmartSense, which will create a powerhouse of a solution. The compensation decreased in appeal during my tenure. In the last year, they reworked commissions and level structure 4x, I am assuming as a way to increase immediate value for the sale. I am sure under DIGI, it will feel more like a corporate structure, less personal, though the direct leadership if you work on the Jolt side is very strong relationally and will commit to developing you.
