Jolt was recently acquired by Digi International and will be merged with SmartSense, which will create a powerhouse of a solution. The compensation decreased in appeal during my tenure. Overall the experience was very poor. The compensation package was changed as I started. I did not have an assigned manager my first month of work and had to fend for myself. Tons of nepotisms and favoritism in the organization which is unfortunate. They said that 50% of your pipeline would come from the business dev team. It was closer to 5% yet the quota...Read More

Jolt has great product market fit. Not a lot of competitors, mostly selling to places that are using pen and paper checklists and trying to convert them to using Jolt’s digital checklist system.
