The chances to move up/get promoted are few and far between, not to mention the product isn't built for enterprise-level utilization. The main positives are the product is really solid for SMB and maybe some mid-market orgs, and the inbound machine is strong.

No promotion in sight min 18 months of BDR work before promotions, and current US roles are being outsourced to Mexico and India, 3 bdrs have been fired on Ramp in last 3 months.
