My overall experience has been good. Activity goals are high, and quota for meetings booked, completed and converted are pretty high as well. You are only compensated for meetings completed and Sales ops created from those meetings. Very high no show rate for meetings booked company wide.

This has been a good company to start being a BDR at but definitely has a lot of room to improve as you have to deal with upper management being out of touch and inbound team working your leads.
