just getting started here, people are great mostly, but the internal processes really need work. there is a lot to do that keeps you from talking to customers. the company does not take federal seriously enough, which makes it hard to be completely successful. some offerings are released but then we have to wait a year or more before we can sell it to federal customers. The company needs to spend more on marketing. So much is left on the shoulders of salespeople. Overall I'd still recommend it but you have to know that a lot is up to you.

The potential of the company is high but the lack of onboarding and clear processes set nobody up for success. Those who really find success in this role have a heavy partner driven territory. With the acquisition around the corner you can feel the unease within the company.

Extremely difficult to attain your goal especially when you don’t have existing customers. Sales cycles are lengthy because no one just wants to go ahead and rip everything of competitors bc the “pain” is not strong enough. There is no annual living increases which I found quite strange since all my previous employers offered that. The comp plan seems to be changing...Read More
