Leadership in federal is awful. Expectations are unrealistic. There is zero coaching. The company, especially product management, does not care about federal at all. Products that require FedRAMP do not have it. Internal processes are super broken, for example, getting a quote out the door takes up to a week. We seem to be biding our time until HPE takes over and fixes things or has us start using their process.

The potential of the company is high but the lack of onboarding and clear processes set nobody up for success. Those who really find success in this role have a heavy partner driven territory. With the acquisition around the corner you can feel the unease within the company.
