Current Employee Extremely difficult to attain your goal especially when you don’t have existing customers. Sales cycles are lengthy because no one just wants to go ahead and rip everything of competitors bc the “pain” is not strong enough. There is no annual living increases which I found quite strange since all my previous employers offered that. The comp plan seems to be changing yoy with numbers coming out of thin air. Forget the leads from partners bc no one actively pushes your product unless it is you to the customer. Great work life balance, sometimes I feel I can have another part or full time job since there is only so much you can do and so many times you can reach out to the same people in a given month w/o coming across like a stage 5.
