Uncertain times with the recent acquisition by HPE, this is causing instability amongst the sales team/leadership, and hesitations from potential customers wanting to wait and see how things will settle out.

The culture is good but turning into a more Cisco-like company with all the leadership being hired directly from Cisco. Base pay is low and quotas are high compared to similar companies but the product market fit and popularity is growing. Quota attainment is probably better than it is at other tech companies right now.

The campus and DC portfolio (Mist.AI and Apstra) have a strong market fit and delivers solid value to the customer. However the internal processes for employees are a nightmare. Messy SFDC, complicated quoting and unmotivated sales support roles are a bummer.
