Since voluntarily leaving this organization, I have seen them go through 4 RIFs in less than 18 months. I have talked to many reps who left or were let go and the word is: nothing has changed…except for leadership titles and pay. These executives only care about their own pockets and will undoubtedly run this company further into the ground
