Former Employee This place sucks, no upward mobility, CEO is not a real person, awful culture where everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder and expecting to be fired at any given moment. Zero transparency. So glad I got out when I did. Literally TWO of a 20 person sales org hit their annual quota last year (2023), so the board decided let’s raise all the quotas 100K and lower their commission rates. If you’re at the top of Kandji, you’re set for life. Outside of a handful of people up there, everyone is cannon fodder. Just sell the company Adam, and cash out like we know you’re dying to do.
