Current Employee Customer sentiment towards Kaseya needs to change. Product will be superior in the future, no doubt in that, especially with Rania the new CEO focusing on product development and customer experience. Executive sales leadership lacks a true understanding of what’s going on with the way goals are structured relative to book size - manager compensation is below industry average with no real sight to it changing.
