My overall experience here was mixed. On the positive side, the role offered strong earning potential and exposure to a fast-paced software sales environment. However, the onboarding and training did not adequately prepare many new hires for the day-to-day realities of the job, especially around product depth and objection handling. In addition, a large portion of the inherited book of business had a negative perception of the company, which made relationship-building difficult. Stronger training and cleaner books would improve this significantly.

Overall a great place to work for 1 year. Get your software sales experience and leave. The culture is poor and typical pushy sales tactics with poor managers in place. Great for the resume - bad for a career.
