Product market fit is great, management is delusional. You are a number on an excel sheet here. Great place to start out and help you figure out what you want. You can be successful here if management likes you and spoon feeds you happy customers

- Base is below average in the industry. - Compensation works in a way where you sell a 3 year contract, and you don't get paid on the TCV, but instead in the value of the first year.
