Overall I had a good experience at Worktango. At the time the culture was great. The problem was always the product market fit and selling into HR is challenging at best if you're not offering a "need-to-have" product.

Beware of this organization. An enormous amount of smoke and mirrors. They hire and fire faster than any organization I have ever seen. Goals are missed regularly, and they continue to bring new people on and ship them out in their first 6 months. This has happened to multiple people already. Sinking ship. Great IC's but poor leadership/product. Might be better in a few years if they can save it.
