Current Employee 2025 was not a good year for sales teams reaching their targets. Quotas were set too high. Quotas increased with 50%. However, the product is growing and interest as well. The people are great which is why people still stay. The company itself is also growing 50% YoY. We do get signals they are improving it for FY26
