Overall the position wasn't bad, we need more recruiters to help close deal. There was a lot of money left on the table for the sales team.

Initially, I was very motivated to be successful but sales tools were taken away commission structure was changed to favor the company and turnover was very high across reps and managers, and executive leadership. The SETT division.
