Initially, I was very motivated to be successful but sales tools were taken away commission structure was changed to favor the company and turnover was very high across reps and managers, and executive leadership. The SETT division.

They struggle with their identity in the market. They can be very competitive at times, and less so at other times. Leadership is decent. Not a strong sales culture.

Constant infighting and seller turnover. Disorganized from the top down. Good recruiters left for more comp or were systemically run off. Biggest challenge was project fulfillment, resulting in endless backfills and unhappy customers. Lots of loud voices clamoring to be heard.
