Constant infighting and seller turnover. Disorganized from the top down. Good recruiters left for more comp or were systemically run off. Biggest challenge was project fulfillment, resulting in endless backfills and unhappy customers. Lots of loud voices clamoring to be heard.

Overall the position wasn't bad, we need more recruiters to help close deal. There was a lot of money left on the table for the sales team.
